Monitor yourself for COVID-19 symptoms every day by using the ResponsiBLUE health screening tool. This is a requirement for all U-M faculty, staff and students who enter campus buildings, but recommended for the entire U-M community. In addition, ResponsiBLUE provides COVID-19 testing verification for undergraduate students in mandatory testing programs. Get the app.
The COVID-19 vaccines started arriving at Michigan Medicine in December 2020 in the first step of a massive effort to vaccinate everyone interested within our U-M community. Please visit Michigan Medicine for more information on our plans for the COVID-19 vaccination.
Protecting the campus community throughout the pandemic is paramount, and all students, faculty and staff have a role to play. In addition, the University of Michigan developed the Campus Response Metrics and Mitigation Strategies, a plan to address metrics used when considering further responses and strategies regarding campus operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Beginning Winter Term 2021, there will be mandatory weekly COVID-19 testing for undergraduates who live on campus or attend in-person classes or activities, perform research, use facilities, or work on campus. To learn more about how the university's current operating status and COVID-19 policies affect you, view the specific information pages for Students + Families and Faculty + Staff.
